In every lesson, kids build a new robot and learn how it works. Robots are controlled through our own app — programming starts in semester 2. Small groups, two coaches, working in pairs.
In the first semester, the focus is on understanding and building — every session revolves around a real engineering concept.
The first robot, chassis types, and a nimble hockey robot — controlled via the app.
Dragster, tractor, differential, and gear shifting — physics you can touch.
Tracked vehicle, rover, 4WD jeep, wheel loader, and an active gripper arm.
Instead of expensive remote controls, we built our own app: EV3 Remote steers the robots simply and intuitively — built specifically for this course. That lets the kids focus entirely on construction and engineering.
Every two kids share an EV3 set — that's not just ideal for build time, it fosters real teamwork. Tasks are clearly split and optimised for working in pairs, so both kids build, test, and think it through equally.
The course is aimed at kids up to age 14 — so it's suited not just for WRO Elementary, but also prepares for the Junior category.

This course is semester 1 of four. Step by step, from the first robot to independently preparing for the World Robot Olympiad — all the way to the Python programming language.
